Services described

Pages describe classroom and mentoring sessions on gap analysis and opening-range study. Descriptions, fees, and schedules are informational until confirmed in writing. We may decline enrolments that fall outside our scope or capacity.

No investment advice

Training discusses historical charts and study methods. It is educational. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services. Trading involves risk of loss.

Intellectual property

Site content, chart packs prepared for sessions, worksheets, and curriculum materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use materials provided to you for personal study. You may not republish, sell, or distribute them without prior written consent.

Accounts and conduct

This site does not offer public user accounts. In classrooms and labs you agree to treat other participants courteously and to refrain from recording sessions without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from educational sessions. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site.
