Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026. This policy applies to paid classroom seats, clinics, weekend labs, and private mentorship booked with Mind Archway Point Limited.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be sent to info@mind-archwaypoint.click with your name, session title, and payment reference. Eligibility depends on timing relative to the session start and whether materials or instructor time have already been committed.

Timeframe

• Full refund: cancellation written fourteen or more days before the first session date, less any non-refundable deposit if one was stated on your invoice.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between thirteen and seven days before the first session, when printed chart packs have not yet been prepared for you.
• No refund: cancellations inside seven days, no-shows, or sessions already underway.

Deposits

Deposits that hold a limited classroom seat are non-refundable once paid, unless we cancel the session. Deposits are credited toward the session fee.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule to a later published date of the same session type if seats remain, provided notice is given at least seven days ahead. Mentorship hours may be moved once with forty-eight hours’ notice.

Work already started

If private mentorship has begun or a custom chart pack has been prepared for your Intensive seat, fees for completed hours and materials are non-refundable. Remaining unused prepaid mentorship hours may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion when notice is timely.

Materials

Printed chart packs and worksheets supplied in class are non-returnable once handed over.

Process & method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Our cancellations

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
