Velvet-toned chart classroom with lacquered tables and copper lamps in Tsim Sha Tsui

About the studio

A quiet room for noisy opens

We teach traders to measure overnight gaps and the first-hour range with paper, pins, and patience.

Registered name & history

Mind Archway Point Limited is the official registered business name. The company was established in 2014 in Hong Kong as a small chart-study studio for equity and index traders who wanted classroom time on gap behaviour and opening-range construction rather than another recorded webinar.

Early sessions met in borrowed rooms near Tsim Sha Tsui with printed Hang Seng charts taped to foam boards. Over the following years the studio settled into a permanent study room, added the Gap Analysis Clinic and Weekend Chart Study Lab, and kept the same emphasis: mark the overnight print, define the morning box, and write rules short enough to carry.

How we work

Classes stay small. Instructors move between desks with copper pencils. Students bring their own confused charts. We favour historical Hong Kong cash opens, timed drills, and a final rule card over long lectures. Cantonese clarifications are available; primary instruction is in English.

Senior instructor

Mei Ling has taught opening-range construction and gap classification in Hong Kong classrooms since the studio opened. She favours printed charts, timed drills, and rule cards that fit in a jacket pocket.

Chart clinic lead

Adrian runs the Gap Analysis Clinic and Saturday labs. His sessions emphasise fill behaviour after thin overnight prints and how those prints distort the first-hour box.
