We use enquiry data to respond to your request, schedule sessions, and maintain basic records of correspondence. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate visit patterns.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligation. Session enrolment records may be retained for seven years where required for business records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who host email or maintain our systems, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Hong Kong. If a provider processes data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate to the destination to protect the information.
